פריטי סייל הינם סופיים ואינם ניתנים להחזרה כספית.
ניתן לבצע החלפה בלבד.
ניתן לפנות אלינו לבקשת החלפה עד 3 ימים מקבלת המשלוח.

איך מתבצעת ההחלפה?
ההחלפה מתבצעת באמצעות שליח עד הבית:
- בהזמנה מתחת ל־400₪ – עלות ההחלפה 30₪
- בהזמנה של 400₪ ומעלה – ההחלפה ללא עלות
לאחר תיאום, שליח מטעמנו ייצור איתך קשר ויגיע עד אלייך.
במעמד ההחלפה, הוא יאסוף את הפריט הקיים וימסור לך את החדש.
שימי לב:
אנא ארזי את הפריט היטב בשקית סגורה. ניתן להשתמש בפס הדבק הנוסף במעטפה הסגולה.
ניתן למדוד חלק תחתון של בגד ים או בגד ים שלם על תחתונים בלבד, ולהימנע מהסרת הפס ההיגייני.
הפריט יוחזר אלינו כשהוא חדש, ללא שימוש, עם הפס ההיגייני ועם התוויות המקוריות.
לאחר קבלתו ובדיקתו בסטודיו, ההחלפה תאושר בהתאם.

How does the exchange work?
Exchanges are handled via a home delivery courier:
- Orders under 400₪ – exchange fee of 30₪
- Orders of 400₪ and above – free exchange
After coordination, our courier will contact you and arrive at your doorstep.
At the time of delivery, the courier will collect the original item and provide the new one.
Please note:
Kindly pack the item היטב in a sealed bag. You may use the additional adhesive strip on the purple envelope.
Swimwear bottoms and one-piece swimsuits should be tried on over underwear only.
Please do not remove the hygiene sticker.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with the hygiene sticker and original tags attached.
Once received and inspected at our studio, the exchange will be approved accordingly.
