כך שאתן יכולות להרגיש בנוח להזמין כמה פריטים שאתן רוצות למדוד בבית,

למשל, אם אתן לא בטוחות במידה להזמין מספר מידות, למדוד אותם בנחת

ובמקרה הצורך להחליף מידה או להחזיר פריט ללא תשלום נוסף ובזיכוי כספי מלא על הפריט שהוחזר

ניתן להחליף/ להחזיר פריט ביצירת קשר איתנו עד 3 ימים מקבלת המשלוח

ההחזרה/ החלפה תיעשה עם שליח עד הבית

ניתן למדוד חלק תחתון של בגד ים/ שלם על תחתונים וחשוב לא להסיר את הפס ההגייני

לאחר הגעת הפריט אלינו ובמידה והוחזר ללא פגם ההחזר יינתן לאמצעי התשלום איתו נעשתה הרכישה.

 Our exchange and returns policy last 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you receive the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please make sure to contact us 3 days maximum after your delivery arrives.

We will process your return within 1-5 business days once received. We do not refund or exchange sale products. The product can be returned only with the original packaging, with its hygiene sticker on and the original hang tag attached. If the product was used we cannot exchange it.
Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive your return, we will send you a notification email that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the confirmation or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is confirmed, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original methods of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you didn’t get your refund after we approved it, pls check your bank statement, your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially confirmed.
