No returns on sale items.
Our exchange and returns policy last 2 days. If 2 days have passed since you receive the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please make sure to contact us 3 days maximum after your purchase.
We will process your return within 1-5 business days once received. We do not refund or exchange sale products. The product can be returned only with the original packaging, with its hygiene sticker on and the original hang tag attached. If the product was used we cannot exchange it.
Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive your return, we will send you a notification email that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the confirmation or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is confirmed, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original methods of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you didn’t get your refund after we approved it, pls check your bank statement, your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially confirmed.
