Damages 💔
Once tags are removed from the merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
If a product you got from us is Damaged it will be repaired / replaced / returned after being returned to us by registered mail only if the damage is due to defects in the manufacturing process or fabric. A damaged product will be replaced without additional buyer's expenses. If the product can not be repaired, it will be replaced / returned. We do not accept products that have been damaged as a result of improper use or a washing process that does not done as instructed (see laundry instructions). For products purchased at end-of-season discounts and in operations, replacement or re-authorization may be permitted. No refund will be allowed.
Care Instructions ♻️
Rayo Swims should be Hand wash in Cold water with like colors. Do not iron. Dry in shade. Lay flat or hang to dry. Care instructions are printed on the tag of each swimsuit.
